The founder of the Unions gang and its charismatic namesake, Union led his friends on myriad adventures around the world (and beyond) during their childhood and teenage years. He now works as the personal business manager and advisor to the many Unions members who enjoy vast degrees of wealth and fame.
He inherited a multi-million dollar fortune at birth and through shrewd financial planning and various business ventures inflated his wealth to the billions, making him the richest individual in America and more than a cut above Bill Gates. He boasts of an obscenely high I.Q. and is nobody's intellectual inferior.
Because of his wealth, genius, power, and influence, Union lives under constant threats to his physical safety. Whether it be corporate terrorists who wished he never existed or Unions members such as Japainicu exhibiting jealous tendencies, Union keeps himself on his toes and always has a bodyguard or two within reach.
Union feels remorse for his role in the Teutonic Terror fiasco, which included throwing the switch to fry Loki, and admits he should not have been so quick to doubt the innocence of his friend. He openly encouraged his fellow Unions to support Loki's execution, which gave Loki no comfort. However, Union stands by the fundamental justification of his actions, maintaining the fate of the world lay at stake, and any world leader worth his salt would have acted the same way, friendship or no friendship.
